Cancellations:
- Timeframe for Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. The specific time limit for cancellations may vary depending on the product and delivery date (e.g., during peak seasons or for special orders). Please refer to your order confirmation or contact us for the specific cancellation window for your order.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@flowerpowerindia.com or by phone at +91 93848 41171. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value. This fee covers the cost of the flowers and the time our florists have invested in preparing your arrangement. For certain custom or large orders, different cancellation fees may apply, which will be communicated to you at the time of order placement.
- Same-Day Delivery Cancellations: Cancellations for same-day deliveries are generally not accepted once the arrangement has been prepared or dispatched. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds:
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are typically issued for the following reasons:
- Order Cancellation (within the allowed timeframe): As described above.
- Product Quality Issues: If the flowers are damaged, wilted, or not as described upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, full refund, or partial refund.
- Delivery Issues: If the order is not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect address, missed delivery), we will issue a full refund.
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place duplicate orders, please contact us immediately, and we will refund the extra order.
- Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are generally not provided for the following:
- Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, and we have made reasonable attempts to contact you and the recipient, a refund will not be issued.
- Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, and the order is not delivered, a refund will not be issued.
- Minor Variations: As mentioned in the “Product Availability and Substitutions” section, minor variations in flower color, size, or arrangement style may occur due to the natural variations in flowers and the hand-crafted nature of our arrangements. These minor variations do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not typically issued for changes of mind after the order has been processed, especially if the flowers have been prepared.
- Refund Process: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account in some cases.
