  • Delivery Area: We deliver only within Chennai city limits. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Same Day Delivery: Same Day Delivery is available if ordered before 3.00 PM (deliveries may be made up to approximately 8.00 PM) from our designated “Same Day Delivery Collection” only.
  • Specific Delivery Time Requests: Due to various factors, including traffic conditions, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by contacting us via email at info@flowerpowerindia.com or by phone at +91 93848 41171, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. While we cannot guarantee a specific time, we will prioritize deliveries within your requested timeframe.
  • Delivery Priorities: Deliveries are prioritized based on several factors, including order placement time, delivery location, and logistical efficiency. While we aim to fulfill all deliveries within the specified timeframe, our delivery schedule is ultimately determined by our availability and operational comfort.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to adhere to our delivery schedule, unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or other logistical challenges, may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and will not be held liable for delays within our standard delivery time window.
  • Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you by phone (unless you have provided special instructions otherwise). If we are unable to reach you, we may leave the flowers in a safe place at the delivery address (if possible), such as with a neighbor or in a shaded area, or we may leave a message for the recipient to contact us to arrange for redelivery.
  • Contacting the Recipient:We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery or to confirm the delivery address, unless you explicitly instruct us not to contact the recipient in the “Special Instructions” box during checkout.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we will not be responsible for non-delivery. Additional charges will apply for redelivery to a corrected address.
