How do I track my order?

Flower Power India uses different shipping partners depending on your location, delivery date, and availability.

How will I know when my order is being delivered?

When we generate your tracking number, it will trigger an email notification. If you don’t see the tracking number in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder just in case it landed there. You’ll be able to identify which shipping method we’re using to deliver your order once you open that email. Please note that the shipping scans are not always accurate or timely.

Do you ship fresh flowers outside Chennai?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship fresh flowers outside Chennai at the moment. We hope to expand our delivery area soon to bring our beautiful blooms to more places!

What is your Return Policy?

As we deal in perishable goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we make exceptions in the following cases:

  • You didn’t receive the products within the promised delivery time.
  • You received a damaged product.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request product identification
  • Determine if the product has been damaged, abused, or used

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product; otherwise, we won’t be able to address your concerns due to the perishable nature of the products.

The amount will be refunded or reimbursed to the same payment method used for the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days as per standard banking practices.
