Guard petals are the outer petals that protect the inner rose during transport, not a sign of age. They may appear less perfect, but this is normal. Remove them gently if you wish to encourage the rose to open fully.

Communication When Possible: For major substitutions (e.g., a change in flower type or primary color), we’ll try to contact you before delivery.
Minor Substitutions: For small changes—like a variation in flower shade or the use of a different filler flower—we may proceed without prior contact to ensure a fresh and beautiful arrangement.
